Job summary

NAVEX is seeking a Director, Strategy & Operations to drive priority growth and value initiatives. You will work directly with the CEO and business leaders on strategy, corporate development, and cross-functional execution in a global, hybrid setting.

You’ll shape enterprise strategy with market, customer, and financial insights, partnering with the CSO to pressure-test ideas and translate insights into actionable plans for senior leadership and the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in top-tier strategy or corporate strategy roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Management/operating experience at a high-growth tech company is a plus.
• Strong communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic substance and outcomes of priority growth initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs with clear accountability, timelines, and metrics.
• Shape NAVEX’s enterprise strategy from market, customer, financial, and operational insights.
• Partner with the CSO to pressure-test ideas and present to senior leadership.
• Structure ambiguous problems into workstreams, enabling analysts and specialists.
• Prepare executive memos and briefing materials for board discussions.
• Identify growth opportunities and expansion initiatives.
• Evaluate investments, adjacencies, and competitive positioning.
• Support corporate development including market scanning and M&A assessments.
