Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. in Plymouth, MN, is seeking a Sr. Manager of AI and R&D Infrastructure to lead cloud platforms, automation, and imaging capabilities across the CTO organization.

You will ensure reliable, secure, and compliant infrastructure supporting software, research, clinical ops, and product innovation. You will attract and develop top talent, translate business objectives into a coherent investment roadmap, and drive governance and observability across IaC, security, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure experience.
• 4+ years in a people leadership role managing 5+ engineers.
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA/ISO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to cloud platform, AI automation, and systems imaging teams.
• Shape team structure, roles, and career pathways to align with technical strategy.
• Develop and execute multi-quarter roadmap in partnership with CTO leadership.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across infrastructure.
• Engage with stakeholders across Product, IS, Security, and Quality teams.
