Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of Pharma/Life Sciences IT scope experience.
• 5+ years in business technology partnerships, analytics/BI, and vendor decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault and CRM.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, NLP, and automation.
• Understanding of R&D and commercial processes; data governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise R&D and IT on technology-driven process improvement and AI enablement.
• Lead end-to-end technology assessments across clinical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and medical information.
• Identify scalable, compliant process models and establish KPIs.
• Prioritize and deliver AI/automation use cases within R&D workflows.
• Drive adoption of GenAI copilots, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering for MLops and model lifecycle management.
• Manage external vendors and ensure agile delivery and regulatory compliance.
