Fairview Health Services seeks a Technical Manager of AI & Automation to lead delivery of AI and automation initiatives across the enterprise. This role emphasizes scalable cloud-native architectures and hands-on AI/ML development, with strong governance and collaboration with IT, clinical, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with AI/ML, MLOps, and automation platforms, and a track record of delivering enterprise solutions in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Data Science or related field.
• 5 years IT experience with data science concepts and data integration.
• 3 years leading enterprise software development teams.
• Experience with RESTful/SOAP, ETL, HL7/Edi standards, and data modeling in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support AI and automation strategy aligned to enterprise goals.
• Oversee deployment of AI solutions including ML models and NLP applications.
• Establish metrics to monitor AI performance and drive improvements.
• Build and lead a high-performing technical team across partnerships.
