Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte LLP is building a cutting-edge AI quality program and seeks an experienced QA Analyst to own the full testing lifecycle for AI-powered solutions. Qualifications

• AI fluency: actively using AI tools to generate and refine test cases.
• 4+ years of formal QA experience across full testing lifecycle.
• Experience with unit, integration, system, and regression testing (manual and automated).
• Hands-on experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps preferred.
• Design boundary and edge case tests for complex data-driven apps.
• Understand performance and scalability testing concepts; load testing a plus.
• Strong defect tracking, test documentation and quality-metrics experience.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions from unit tests to system and scalability testing.
• Collaborate with analysts to generate/test cases using AI-assisted tools.
• Integrate automated test suites into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for each solution.
• Define system-level test strategies covering functional, regression, and non-functional testing.
• Coordinate with security teams to translate guidelines into security test cases.
• Evaluate AI solution reliability across varied inputs in real-world scenarios.
• Maintain test docs, defects, and metrics for leadership visibility.
• Foster a quality-first culture across the delivery team.
