McDermott Will & Schulte is seeking an AI Solutions QA Analyst to own the full testing lifecycle for AI-powered legal tech products. You will design and execute tests across unit, integration, system, and performance domains, leveraging AI-assisted tools and integrating tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes boundary testing, reliability across diverse inputs, and collaboration with Analysts and security to ensure production-ready solutions.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of formal QA experience with writing and executing test scripts
• Experience with unit, integration, system, and regression testing, both manual and automated
• Ability to design boundary and edge-case tests for data-driven applications
• AI fluency and ability to use AI tools to generate, evaluate, and refine tests
• Understanding of performance and scalability testing; load testing a plus
• Defect tracking, test documentation, and quality metrics reporting
• BS in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades

• Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions, from unit and integration testing through system, performance, and scalability testing
• Partner with Analysts to generate and evaluate test cases using AI-assisted tools
• Work with the engineering team to define and integrate automated test suites into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline
• Define system-level test strategies in collaboration with the Director of QA
• Coordinate with the security team to translate security testing guidance into solution-specific test cases
• Evaluate AI solution reliability across varied inputs and real-world scenarios
• Maintain test documentation, defect tracking, and quality metrics for leadership visibility
• Champion a quality-focused culture within the delivery team
