Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte LLP is seeking an AI Solutions QA Analyst to own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions, from unit tests to scalability testing. You will partner with Analysts to generate test cases using AI tools and integrate automated suites into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline, ensuring robust, production-ready quality.

The role emphasizes boundary testing, data-driven AI validation, and collaboration with security teams to define test strategies.

Qualifications

4+ years of formal QA experience and testing across full lifecycle.
Experience designing boundary and edge-case tests for complex AI-driven apps.
Hands-on experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines with a preferred Azure DevOps background.

Responsibilities

Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions, from unit to scalability testing.
Partner with Analysts to generate and evaluate test cases using AI tools.
Define and integrate automated test suites into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline for each solution.
Define system-level test strategies covering functional, regression, and non-functional testing.
Coordinate with the security team to translate security testing guidance into test cases.
Evaluate AI solution reliability across varied inputs and real-world conditions.
Maintain test documentation, defect tracking, and quality metrics for leadership visibility.
Champion a quality culture across the delivery team.
