Job summary

McDermott, Will & Schulte LLP is building a leading AI QA program and seeks a QA Analyst to own the full quality lifecycle. You will test AI-powered solutions across unit, integration, system and performance stages, collaborating with Analysts and engineers to ensure reliable, production-ready results.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in QA, strong automated testing, and experience embedding tests in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of formal QA experience across the full testing lifecycle.
• Experience with unit, integration, system, and regression testing—manual and automated.
• Experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps preferred.
• AI fluency and ability to guide AI platforms to generate and refine tests.
• Knowledge of performance and scalability testing; load testing a plus.
• Strong defect tracking, test documentation, and quality metrics reporting.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions, from unit to scalability testing.
• Collaborate with Analysts to craft test cases using AI-assisted tools and evaluate edge cases.
• Work with engineering to integrate automated tests into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline.
• Define system-level test strategies covering functional, regression, and non-functional testing.
• Coordinate with security teams to translate security guidance into test cases.
• Assess AI solution reliability across varied inputs for consistent behavior.
• Maintain defect tracking and quality metrics for leadership visibility.
• Foster a quality culture where testing is embedded in the delivery process.
