Job summary

McDermott, Will & Schulte LLP is seeking an AI Solutions QA Analyst to own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions. You will partner with Analysts and engineering to craft test cases and integrate automated suites into a Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline, ensuring performance and security readiness.

The role demands 4+ years in QA across unit to system testing, with AI fluency and strong focus on boundary conditions and data-driven validation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of formal QA experience across the full testing lifecycle.
• Experience with unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps preferred.
• Ability to design boundary and edge case tests for data-driven apps.
• AI fluency; use AI tools to generate, evaluate, and refine tests.
• Knowledge of performance and scalability testing concepts; load testing a plus.
• Strong defect tracking, test documentation, and quality metrics reporting.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions — from unit and integration testing through system, performance, and scalability testing.
• Partner with Analysts to generate and evaluate test cases using AI-assisted tools, focusing on boundary conditions and AI output validation.
• Work with engineering to define and integrate automated test suites into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline for each solution.
• Define system-level test strategies with the Director of QA, covering functional, regression, and non-functional testing.
• Coordinate with security teams to translate security testing guidance into test cases.
• Evaluate AI solution reliability across varied inputs, ensuring consistent, predictable behavior.
• Maintain test documentation, defect tracking, and quality metrics for leadership visibility.
• Champion a quality culture across the delivery team; integrate testing into development workflows.
