Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte LLP is building an ambitious AI program and seeks an AI Solutions QA Analyst to own the full quality lifecycle—from unit tests to CI/CD integration. You will partner with Analysts and engineering to ensure tested, reliable, production-ready AI solutions that leverage AI for faster, deeper validation.

The role reports to the Director of QA in a remote-first, technically rigorous team that values production quality and a strong quality culture across the delivery team.

Qualifications

4+ years of formal QA experience across full testing lifecycle.
Experience with both manual and automated testing.
Strong testing in AI-driven, data-driven apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions, including unit and integration testing through system, performance, and scalability testing.
Collaborate with Analysts to generate test cases using AI tools and validate AI outputs.
Integrate automated test suites into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline for each solution.
Define system-level test strategies with the Director of QA and ensure coverage for functional, regression, and non-functional testing.
Coordinate with security to translate testing guidance into risk-focused test cases.
