Qualifications

• Experience delivering strategic business recommendations that yield measurable results.
• Hands-on ability to build apps or point solutions and deliver working outputs.
• Experience using generative AI, copilots, or agentic tooling to produce outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with client management ability.
• Data analytics experience interpreting models and data assets.
• Technical acumen to work with engineers on architecture, data, and integration.
• Business fluency to translate problems for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity.
• Foundational AI concepts with ability to identify AI opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support hands-on prototyping — contribute to apps, point solutions, and agentic workflows with the engagement team.
• Assess and map processes to enhance operational performance within PI engagements.
• Break down problems using hypothesis-driven thinking to develop insights and recommendations.
• Leverage AI tooling under guidance to produce real working outputs.
• Capture institutional knowledge by documenting rules and decision logic.
• Learn to build AI-first solutions with senior support and guardrails.
• Craft narratives to clearly communicate complex ideas and influence change.
• Plan for adoption from the start and consider change management impacts.
• Own workstream deliverables from planning to execution within timelines.
