EY is seeking a Project Manager to support strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will lead NDA approvals, budget analysis, and cross‑functional delivery across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to enable AI-enabled solutions.

The role focuses on delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and coordination to ensure high quality outcomes and predictable progress, with close collaboration across finance, legal, and supplier onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsabilités

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordinated closely with finance and chief strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for various EY required certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers working with legal on NDA and Supply Chain on Procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans, dependencies, and release milestones with product priorities.
• Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.
• Drive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health, flow metrics, and team capacity.
• Identify and proactively remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
