Job summary

EY seeks a Project Manager to lead technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will drive delivery of AI-enabled products, coordinating product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will own delivery planning, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, including budgeting, reporting, and supplier onboarding. Strong PMO experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technology initiatives to deliver AI-enabled products and platforms.
• Own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in line with PMO standards.
• Coordinate approvals for certifications, NDA, and procurement or vendor agreements.
• Provide executive reporting and support roadmap execution with product priorities.
• Track milestones, releases, and adoption metrics to demonstrate business outcomes.
