Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You’ll own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

Role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, enabling engineering teams to maximize flow and continuous improvement. Flexible location in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget in coordination with finance and strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer approvals for EY certifications and regulated processes.
• Onboard suppliers with legal and procurement teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance, and executive reporting.
• Align roadmap execution with product priorities and release milestones.
• Track delivery milestones, features, and adoption metrics.
• Improve delivery by monitoring sprint health and team capacity.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments across teams.
