Job summary

QTS Data Centers is recruiting a summer intern to join the Federal Delivery group and help drive AI innovation across Copilot, Claude, and other technologies. The role emphasizes process improvement, data quality, and scalable program management in a fast-paced data center environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams, build templates and dashboards, and present findings to leadership. This internship supports business objectives and offers hands-on experience in digital infrastructure

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, business management, economics, mathematics, accounting, finance, STEM, data science, human resources, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI innovation initiatives within the Federal Delivery organization by evaluating and implementing use cases for Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other emerging technologies.
• Support continuous process improvement efforts that increase project delivery efficiency, enhance data quality, and simplify program management activities.
• Design and refine project management templates, dashboards, reporting tools, and operational playbooks used across Federal programs.
• Partner with project managers, program managers, and stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Security, Compliance, and Development to understand and improve end-to-end project delivery processes.
• Research, analyze, and present recommendations to senior leadership focused on improving collaboration, communication, knowledge sharing, and delivery performance across the Federal organization.
