Job summary

QTS is offering a summer internship in Manassas, VA, designed to give students hands-on experience in the data center industry and AI-enabled initiatives. Interns will join the Federal Delivery organization to evaluate use cases for Copilot and other technologies, while supporting process improvements and the creation of templates, dashboards, and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI innovation initiatives within the Federal Delivery organization by evaluating and implementing use cases for Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other emerging technologies.
• Support continuous process improvement efforts that increase project delivery efficiency, enhance data quality, and simplify program management activities.
• Design and refine project management templates, dashboards, reporting tools, and operational playbooks used across Federal programs.
• Partner with project managers, program managers, and stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Security, Compliance, and Development to understand and improve end-to-end project delivery processes.
• Research, analyze, and present recommendations to senior leadership focused on improving collaboration, communication, knowledge sharing, and delivery performance across the Federal organization.
