EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives for the Americas OCTO. You will drive delivery planning, agile execution, governance, and cross‑functional coordination to enable engineering teams to maximize flow and deliver AI-enabled products with high quality.

The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, owning planning and milestones while ensuring successful outcomes across budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with project management tools, dashboards, reporting, and workflows.
• Understanding of product lifecycle, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial planning and analysis aligned with PMO standards.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Administer approvals for EY certifications with governance.
• Onboard suppliers with legal NDA and procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery of milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Align roadmaps and release milestones with product priorities.
• Track progress, delivery milestones, and adoption metrics.
• Improve delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health and team capacity.
• Identify and remove impediments across teams.
