Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products and platforms are delivered efficiently with high quality.

The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, requiring strong leadership and budgetary acumen across EY offices in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordinated with finance and chief strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in line with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY required certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers with legal on NDA and Supply Chain on Procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans, dependencies, and release milestones.
