Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive AI adoption across the last mile delivery network. You will design and execute hands-on experiments, coach a 10–15 person AI Champion network, and push for AI-enabled workflows that improve adoption, efficiency, and cost avoidance.

You will own the use-case intake, define success metrics, and partner with Orbit and other tech teams to build scalable platform capabilities that unlock new value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL proficiency.
• Experience using data to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own AI adoption strategy and drive the "AI-everywhere" culture shift: design hands-on experimentation programs, activate AI Champion network, publish practical tips newsletter.
• Build organizational self-sufficiency with AI tools for each job family; validate use cases and coach owners to build solutions with low-code tools.
• Own the use-case intake and prioritization pipeline; partner with Orbit and other tech teams to build platform capabilities.
• Define success metrics before building: track adoption, usage, ROI, and report impact to leadership.
• Own the AI Center of Excellence as the organization’s single source of truth for tools, playbooks, and training.
• Report AI adoption and impact metrics to leadership through monthly steering committee and quarterly report.
