Job summary

Scale AI in Dayton, OH is seeking a technical program manager to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer. You will own or support an account plan, triage technical issues, and drive analytics-driven resources to ensure reliable AI/ML solutions for public sector use cases.

Ideal candidates blend program leadership with technical fluency, contract awareness, and the ability to operate in fast-moving, mission-driven environments, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 3+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing role.
• Technical background in CS, statistics, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of generative AI/ML fundamentals.
• Analytical, data-driven problem solving and clear communication.
• Willingness to work at a cleared facility in the greater Boston area and travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate agentic workflows for a national security customer.
• Own or support an account plan and triage technical issues.

• Address engineering problems with product development teams.
