Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multiyear Agentic AI program within HR, coordinating cross-functional teams across People, Digital & Technology, Change Management and other stakeholders.

This role ensures disciplined execution across multiple AI agent deployments, manages dependencies, risks, and value realization at scale, and provides governance and executive updates to keep programs on track.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage integrated project plans for delivery of a multi-year AI transformation agenda with multiple workstreams.
• Lead delivery across discovery, pilot, scale, and optimization phases for AI agents and intelligent workflows.
• Coordinate dependencies between HR SMEs, product owners, engineering, data, security, and vendors.
• Track benefits realization, milestones, risks and interlocks across a multi-year roadmap.
• Establish program governance, reporting and executive-level updates.
• Ensure alignment between delivery, change readiness and operational adoption.
