EY seeks a seasoned Project Manager to drive strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance and cross-functional coordination to enable engineering teams to maximize flow and value.

Responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, risk management and ensuring timely delivery of milestones across product, architecture and engineering teams. A strong PMO background and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading project or delivery management roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting and governance.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead NDA, independence, risk assessments and other approvals per EY standards.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit milestones and roadmaps.
• Provide executive reporting and governance visibility on progress.
• Track delivery milestones, sprint health, and team capacity.
• Onboard suppliers with legal on NDAs and procurement terms.
• Ensure AI-enabled products are delivered with quality and predictability.
