Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You’ll drive delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality, predictable outcomes across product, engineering, and business teams.

You will conduct financial analysis, assist in budget prep, and oversee approvals for certifications and supplier onboarding, aligning with EY processes and global standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or related delivery leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of PMO processes, reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordination with finance and strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Approve NDA, independence, risk assessments, and other EY technical processes.
• Onboard suppliers with legal on NDAs and procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones on time.
