Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to support strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will lead delivery planning, governances, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products are delivered efficiently and with high quality, across product, engineering, and business teams.

You will manage budgets, forecast resources, and provide executive reporting, while driving sprint health and removing impediments to maximize flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY certifications.
• Onboard suppliers with legal on NDA and procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Support roadmap execution and executive reporting.
• Track delivery milestones, releases, and adoption metrics.
