Job summary

LILT is seeking a results-driven Senior PM for our Boston hybrid office to lead AI data operations programs. You will ensure accountable PMs, drive on-time delivery, and scale PM capacity across multi-time-zone contractors while upholding quality standards.

You will apply Agile/Scrum practices, leverage dashboards and SQL to monitor throughput, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistent improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI data operations or production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accountable PMs for every active program, on-time delivery.
• Source, onboard, and ramp new PMs to start programs.
• Catch quality dips via QA loops and retraining.
• Standardize processes with dashboards and playbooks.
• Manage risk escalations and cross-functional interfaces.
