Job summary

Litmos is seeking an AI Program Manager to coordinate AI-related projects across internal teams. This hands-on, execution-focused role keeps AI initiatives on track—planning, scheduling, and driving projects to completion, and helping teams build their own AI skills along the way.

You will be the day-to-day contact for cross-functional Agentic work and surface risks early. You will apply core program management practices—scoping, scheduling, risk tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder

Qualifications

4-5+ years of program or project management experience coordinating cross-functional work.
Experience managing a portfolio or program of related projects.
Ability to coordinate with Finance, Product, Customer Success and other teams.
Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet and standard PM practices.

Responsibilities

Coordinate AI initiatives across business teams, ensuring alignment with program goals.
Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and owners; prepare status updates for leaders.
Lead project intake, prioritization, and resource planning across multiple workstreams.
Maintain templates, trackers, and runbooks for AI projects to ensure consistent execution.
Onboard team members to tools and processes; provide day-to-day coaching and support.
Identify opportunities for agentic workflows and scope candidate AI projects end-to-end.
