Job summary

Litmos is seeking an AI Program Manager to coordinate AI initiatives across Finance, Product, and Customer Success. This hands-on, execution-focused role keeps AI projects on track from scoping to delivery, while helping teams grow AI skills and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.

You will apply standard PM practices, manage RAID logs, and ensure dependencies are sequenced cleanly. A strong organizer with excellent written and verbal skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of related projects.
• Experience coordinating with Finance, Product, and Customer Success.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet and RAID logs.
• Basic familiarity with AI and agentic tools.
• Strong organizational skills and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Track AI project status and coordinate across Litmos.
• Maintain up-to-date AI project tracking across teams.
• Schedule intake and prioritize new AI projects.
• Track resources and flag scheduling conflicts.
• Organize status check-ins and working sessions.
• Identify dependencies and align project timelines.
• Prepare leadership updates on progress and risks.
• Maintain templates and runbooks for AI projects.
• Onboard team members to tools and processes.
• Coordinate with security, compliance, and legal for reviews.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Own select projects end-to-end.
• Share feedback with leadership for portfolio planning.
