Job summary

The role offers hands-on experience across product, policy, and AI, with opportunities to learn from cross-functional teams and contribute to scalable safety solutions. Ideal candidates are pursuing CS or related degrees, are curious about LLMs, and can think analytically.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree in computer science, data science, product management, or related discipline.
• Basic understanding or strong interest in large language models (LLMs); willingness to learn related knowledge and tools.
• Good learning ability, logical thinking, and analytical skills; able to identify simple problems with guidance.
• Preferred: Experience in Trust & Safety or content moderation is a strong plus.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience in data analysis or model optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support model strategy and operations for TikTok Minor Safety, collaborating with cross-functional teams to participate in end-to-end design, optimization, training, and evaluation of models.
• Participate in the full data production lifecycle, including defining dataset standards, executing model evaluations, and ensuring high-quality data delivery.
• Explore and adopt the latest LLM tools to optimize data production workflows, improving efficiency and scalability; stay current with industry trends.
• Research emerging model training methodologies and propose innovative solutions to improve data generalization and production efficiency.
