Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree in computer science, data science, product management, or related discipline.
• Strong interest in large language models (LLMs) and willingness to learn related tools and basic API usage.
• Good learning ability, logical thinking and analytical skills; identify simple problems and propose solutions with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support model strategy and operations for TikTok Minor Safety with cross-functional teams to design, train, evaluate, and improve models.
• Participate in the data production lifecycle, defining dataset standards and ensuring high quality data delivery.
• Explore LLM tools to optimize data workflows and stay current with industry trends to build smarter data systems.
• Research model training methodologies and propose improvements to data quality, generalization, and production efficiency.
