Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Search Safety PM Intern to join our Safety Product team in safeguarding the health and security of our search business. Your core mission will be to support the development and training of next-generation large language models, building high-quality training resources, designing prompts, and generating large-scale labeled datasets that power model learning.

This role sits at the intersection of content understanding, language, and applied AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include strong content sensitivity and analytical thinking.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills for clear, structured output.
• Interest in large language models and ability to learn AI concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Training data & knowledge base development for new LLM initiatives.
• Label system design and scaling of large, high-consistency datasets.
• Data generation, curation, and quality control to meet standards.
• Draft, iterate, and optimize prompts for training and evaluation.
• Analyze model behavior and translate insights into data requirements.
