Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Director of AI Product & MarTech Enablement to lead an AI-infused marketing platform. You will own the AI product vision, drive orchestration across marketing tech, and oversee production-grade AI tools while ensuring compliance and responsible AI practices.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams across data, privacy, and legal to align on strategy and adoption, delivering measurable business impact and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a clear AI in marketing vision and roadmap (use cases, decisioning, orchestration).
• Lead design, build, and deployment of AI products from concept to production, including prompt engineering and tooling.
• Oversee AI decisioning orchestration across the MarTech stack and ensure production readiness with data and platform teams.
