Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a Software Product Manager for AI to lead AI-powered features across the myQ ecosystem. You will own the AI roadmap, drive cross-functional collaboration with product, data science and engineering, and translate business goals into technical requirements for scalable deployment.

The role requires deep knowledge of GenAI and ML concepts, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and agile product management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree as listed in the requirements.
5+ years of product management experience in software, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML products.
Strong understanding of GenAI, machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with agile methodologies, product backlog management, and user-centric product design.
5+ years in Product Management, Engineering, or in a Product Owner role.
Ability to travel up to 25% - domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Own the AI product roadmap: define vision, strategy, and prioritized initiatives for AI-driven features.
Identify customer needs by leveraging user research, analytics, and benchmarking to shape AI use cases.
Measure impact with metrics for adoption, accuracy, and satisfaction; iterate for improvements.
Bridge product and engineering: translate business goals into technical requirements and deliverables.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of AI features using agile practices.
Collaborate on build vs. buy decisions and infrastructure needs for scalable AI deployment.
