Job summary

The Chamberlain Group LLC is seeking a product leader to own and drive roadmaps for connected services and software experiences across key portfolios. You will guide VOC research, define requirements, craft value propositions, and monitor financial performance to meet business objectives.

You will oversee new product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring superior user experiences for customers, partners, and dealers, while aiming for profitability and market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Product Owner roles.
• Experience supervising Software Product Managers.
• Strong IoT experience related to hardware/software integration.

• Lead the new product development process within the Connected Services team from concept through commercialization, including VOC research and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and implement a vision and roadmap for one or more product portfolios to deliver a best‑in‑class software experience and achieve and surpass business objectives, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, market share, sales, and profitability.


• Lead the new product development process within our Connected Services team from concept through commercialization, including voice‑of‑customer research, definition of customer and product requirements, marketing planning, value proposition, and tracking financial performance.


• Deliver flawless user experiences across all customer, partner, and dealer‑facing products.


• Support achievement of full P&L objectives for the business unit, driving profitability, volume growth, and market share, as well as execution of product and services.


• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to develop and deliver connected services required for product portfolios; drive implementation and sustain the end‑user connected experience, including uncovering real‑time consumer insights, driving user‑experience requirements, creating business cases or anticipated reach and impact, and winning value propositions.


• Ensure product portfolio visions and roadmaps support and align with the business unit strategy, maintaining a clear product roadmap that aligns with short‑ and long‑term business goals, with an emphasis on fast‑paced new product development, sustaining product support, and insight.

Benefits & Compensation

Pay range: $129,700.00 – $226,900.00 (base pay may vary by factors such as location, experience, and education). In addition to base pay, this role offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short‑term incentive plan.
