Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in LLMs or agentic AI systems.
• Proven experience building LLM-powered agents that interact with external tools/APIs.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CAMEL, AutoGen).

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and deployment of AI features in Chamberlain products (Video-based search, chatbot interfaces, AI-powered insights).
• Architect and build agentic AI systems with LLMs, RAG, tool integration, and orchestration frameworks.
• Design agent collaboration architectures with coordination protocols and memory management.
• Build, test, and optimize pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, CAMEL.
• Develop systems for agent reasoning, planning, and memory retrieval for contextual conversations and tasks.
• Mentor engineers in AI-native engineering patterns and LLM ecosystem evolution.
