Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the roadmap and delivery of AI products and experiences. You will translate business needs into concrete product requirements and work closely with engineering, data, UX, and risk teams to ensure adoption and compliant, production‑grade AI solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, guardrails, and measurable outcomes, with a strong focus on GenAI copilots, intelligent automation, and multi‑quarter roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive product management experience in enterprise software or data products.
• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI or advanced analytics products.
• Experience delivering cross-functional enterprise products.
• Familiarity with PRDs, backlog, OKRs, KPIs, Agile delivery.
• Exposure to cloud AI ecosystems (Azure AWS Vertex).
• Regulated environments experience preferred (finance/healthcare).
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own AI product roadmap and delivery, translating business needs into product requirements.
• Manage PRDs, backlog, sprints, and releases with engineering teams.
• Define success metrics and KPIs; monitor adoption and performance.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Data, UX, Risk, and Governance teams.
• Drive go-to-market, enablement, and change management for AI products.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, governance, privacy, and compliance.
