Job summary

UPS is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the CommerceShield roadmap across risk orchestration, checkout protection, and chargeback protection. You will partner with data science and engineering to evolve AI-driven scoring and decisioning, while driving API integrations and merchant-focused experiences.

You will also lead discovery, experiments, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes, including adoption, revenue, and value across multiple commerce platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling software products (SaaS, enterprise platforms, APIs).
• Experience leading cross-functional agile teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle for the CommerceShield family across multiple integration paths.
• Lead with data, AI/ML, and engineering to evolve scoring and decisioning engines.
• Drive customer discovery and 0→1 experiments for new capabilities and scoring thresholds.
• Own integration and developer experience across API, app-based, and orchestration paths.
• Lead 1–2 product analysts, align teams, and build AI fluency and outcomes.
• Define business-case integrity including adoption, retention, revenue, and unit economics.
