Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling software products (SaaS, enterprise platforms, APIs).
• People leadership: mentoring or developing analysts or junior product talent.
• Product Mindset & High Agency: ownership mentality in ambiguous, fast-moving 0→1 and scaling environments.
• AI Fluency: practical understanding of modern AI/ML and how to apply them to real problems.
• Technical Acumen: partnering with engineering on API design, scalability, security, and data privacy.
• Domain Expertise (Preferred): background in e-commerce risk, payments, fraud, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle for CommerceShield family—risk orchestration, checkout protection, and chargeback protection.
• Define experiences across Shopify app, REST API, LynkUp, and platform integrations; decide where to invest for reach versus depth.
• Translate customer, competitive, and business signals into an outcome-based roadmap and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Partner with data science, ML, and engineering to evolve scoring and decisioning.
• Lead 0→1 development: problem validation, MVP, pilot design, and product-market fit testing.
• Own onboarding, documentation, reliability, and developer experience across API and app-based paths.
• Manage 1–2 product analysts; foster AI fluency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure pricing, packaging, launch readiness, and go-to-market execution.
