Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced product manager to help train our foundation AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling of 5–20 hours per week.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated assets, produce PRDs and roadmaps, and lead launch readiness. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of end-to-end PM experience and strong written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end product management experience (PRD through launch).
• Direct experience designing/reading AB test readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail for documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop product requirements documents and conduct spec reviews.
• Prepare quarterly roadmap and prioritization decks.
• Plan feature launches and go-to-market readiness strategies.
• Summarize A/B test results and experiments for stakeholders.
• Synthesize user research into opportunity briefs.
• Prepare stakeholder and executive product update decks.
