Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community across the firm, shaping standards and playbooks to help PMs thrive wherever they sit. You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders to drive product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management from ideation through delivery and adoption.

You’ll conduct customer discovery and market research to identify opportunities, influence strategic decisions, and surface insights that elevate success

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in a product management role, preferably with a focus on AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
• Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of market trends in AI and technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines, including product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, backlog management, and product lifecycle management.
• Partner with PMO/Scrum to support ongoing planning, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Product Management community.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Support Product Managers in defining and evolving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and driving product lifecycle management from ideation and discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
• Develop and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), business cases, and feature specifications to guide product delivery.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs, leveraging customer feedback and data to continuously improve product outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality, customer‑centric products.
• Support release planning, go-to-market readiness, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
