Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated product management community across the firm, defining shared standards and coordinating best practices to help PMs thrive wherever they sit.

You will partner with PMO/Scrum to support planning and capability development, surface insights, and drive product lifecycle management from ideation to delivery across design, engineering, and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with lifecycle experience.
• Experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.
• Foundational AI knowledge and AI-enabled product experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and PM tools.
• Passion for innovation and market trend awareness in AI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain PM playbooks and standards.
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core PM disciplines.
