Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated product management community across the firm, defining shared standards and coordinating best practices to help PMs thrive wherever they sit.

You will partner with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders to develop PRDs and roadmaps, guide product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, and support ongoing improvements across the product organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience in a product management role, preferably with a focus on AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
• Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of market trends in AI and technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create onboarding materials for the PM community.
