Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated product management community, defining shared standards and coordinating best practices across the firm. You will help PMs thrive regardless of location and drive product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, and backlog prioritization.

You will partner with Design, Engineering, and Architecture enablement leaders to deliver customer-centric products, conduct discovery, and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with lifecycle ownership.
• Experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.
• Foundational AI knowledge and building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and PM tools.
• Passion for innovation and market trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals.
• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Create and manage PRDs, business cases, and feature specs.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and architecture enablement leads.
• Support release planning and go-to-market readiness.
