Job summary

You will partner with PMO/Scrum, lead onboarding for the PM community, and define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. The role involves customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions, while collaborating

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in product management for AI or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Passion for innovation and awareness of AI/tech market trends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core PM disciplines.
