You will lead collaboration with PMO/Scrum, surface customer insights, and guide product lifecycle from ideation to delivery across diverse teams. The role demands strategic thinking and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience.
• Experience with AI or technology-driven products.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.
• Foundational AI knowledge and AI-enabled product experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and PM tools.
• Passion for innovation and market trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks and standards.
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and share success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create onboarding materials for the PM community and promote best practices.
