You will blend product strategy, project coordination, and hands-on AI agent development, collaborating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to plan and execute projects that improve internal workflows and support client‑facing offerings.

The role starts with internal efficiency and will expand to shaping AI-driven features for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to become an expert in building and deploying AI agents.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Experience leading projects with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide project planning and coordination across teams.
• Partner closely with engineers, designers, and relevant stakeholders to move initiatives forward.
• Problem-solve independently and collaboratively to meet project goals.
• Develop AI agents using Claude CoWork.
• Review and refine AI agents developed by colleagues.
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and industry developments.
• Lead internal AI trainings and workshops to increase adoption.
