Job summary

IFS is seeking a Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of early use cases for agentic AI. You will turn cutting‑edge capabilities—long‑term memory, tool use, and planning—into applied, valuable products.

You will work with users and stakeholders to validate use cases, design the agent experience, and own the roadmap while shipping iteratively and learning fast. This role emphasizes outcomes and scalable, multi‑step workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building technically complex, user‑facing systems.
• Strong intuition for applied use cases in automation or real‑world workflows.
• Familiar with agentic AI patterns and tooling (LLM agents, memory, tool use).
• Experience partnering with engineers/researchers on system‑level decisions.
• Excellent communication, prioritization and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high ROI agent use cases and workflows.
• Define the agent experience and translate use cases into specs, prompts and interfaces.
• Maintain a roadmap and ship iteratively, with learning loops.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI research to enable platform capabilities.
