Job summary

Salsify, a leader in digital shelf commerce, is hiring a Senior Product Manager on the AI Innovation team. You will own vision and strategy for AI-enabled work on our core PXM platform, moving quickly from idea to shipped value with discovery and prototyping alongside engineering and design.

You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Solutions Advisory, Support, and R&D to ensure your releases are understood and adopted.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management or equivalent experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated product judgment: framing strategy, weighing trade-offs, defending points to senior leaders.
• Hands-on AI fluency with LLMs, agents, and AI tools.
• Experimental discipline: define hypotheses, metrics, and run pilots with data-driven calls.
• Experience leading discovery with technical audiences and distilling feedback into a plan.
• Ability to prioritize across time horizons and say no to non-goal-aligned work.

Responsibilities

• Set and champion the AI Innovation vision and strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead discovery with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to uncover use cases and outcomes.
• Use AI to accelerate signal collection, complemented by traditional discovery methods.
• Demonstrate hands-on AI fluency with LLMs, agents, and AI tools.
• Design and run experiments and pilots, defining hypotheses and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering managers and designers to ensure a strong trio collaboration.
• Build relationships with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Solutions Advisory, Support, and R&D to align work with the org.
• Identify cross-team synergies and pre-empt risks before they materialize.
