Job summary

MX is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the US to partner with senior client leaders, translate business challenges into innovative products, and lead digital projects from strategy through delivery.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope and budgets, and own the full development lifecycle across new and existing applications, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled workflows and strategic client impact.

Qualifications

8+ years of software experience, with 5+ years in product management, business analysis, product ownership, or a related role.
Proven experience leading complex digital products in a B2B agency, software, or e-commerce environment.
Experience with AI tools and technologies, including developing AI-driven workflows and building skills with platforms like Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini.
Experience using Jira, Linear, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with CMS and MarTech platforms (WordPress, Contentful, Contentstack, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Strategic thinker who challenges assumptions and drives client outcomes.
Proven ability to independently lead initiatives and hold teams accountable.
Strong client leadership skills and senior-exec partnership experience.
Experience scoping projects, developing estimates, balancing business, user, and tech needs.
Agile experience and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead digital products from discovery and strategy through design, development, launch, and optimization.
Facilitate strategic meetings and workshops across marketing, sales, and technical teams; clarify requirements and drive action.
Evaluate options with UX and engineering; guide buy vs build, platform vs custom, speed vs flexibility.
Lead cross-functional teams; create clarity around priorities, ownership, and outcomes.
Bring a sharp point of view to product decisions and guide clients toward the best solution.
Own scope, budgets, risks, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
Guide clients through ambiguity and tradeoffs as a trusted strategic partner.
Identify opportunities to improve existing products and experiences.
Identify and implement AI-driven workflows to streamline development and operations.
