Job summary

RSM is seeking an AI‑savvy Product Manager/Owner to lead digital products for consulting clients and professionals. You will own the vision, roadmaps, and backlog, working with engineering to deliver AI-enabled features and repeatable workflows using Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and MCP‑connected tools.

The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, requirements refinement, and measurable business value delivery, with a strong focus on adoption, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Product Manager, Product Owner, AI product, digital product, or similar role.
• Required AI fluency: mid-to-advanced, hands-on with agentic AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
• Experience using automation and MCP-enabled integrations is strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and backlog health.
• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle decisions, and prioritization for assigned products.
• Accountable for adoption outcomes; collaborate with Change Management on training, communications, readiness, launch, and hypercare.
• Develop repeatable workflows, prototypes, and requirements; analyze backlogs and complex information; automate product tasks.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI, automation, knowledge retrieval, and agentic experiences into products to improve outcomes.
• Partner with engineering to expose enterprise systems, data, documents, workflows to AI agents via MCP servers/connectors.
• Rapidly prototype concepts, workflows, prompts, and proofs-of-concept to validate assumptions.
• Prepare Product Council recommendations for investment, scaling, sustainment, retirement; make backlog trade-off decisions.
