Job summary

Rithum is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a key area of our commerce platform. You will work largely independently, tackle ambiguous problems, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered enhancements for the world's largest retailers and brands.

Expect to synthesize client feedback with AI, drive prioritization, and manage end-to-end product development from concept through launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven product management experience in SAAS with enterprise impact.
• Experience working on AI-powered products or AI workflows.
• Strong track record in end-to-end product lifecycle and measuring feature impact.
• Experience coordinating with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate client feedback into actionable roadmap priorities.
• Experience using AI to accelerate documentation and analytics workflows.
• Comfort presenting strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytically minded with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive long-term product vision and roadmap for a key product area.
• Synthesize qualitative inputs (interviews, tickets, surveys) using AI to identify themes and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align client needs with business goals.
• Prioritize scope, sequencing, and trade-offs with AI-assisted insights.
• Prototype concepts and workflows using AI tools to de-risk ideas.
• Lead end-to-end development and execution from concept to launch.
• Track progress, report status, and support testing and releases.
• Advocate for clients and manage stakeholder relationships.
